In order to provide adequate time for processing and return mailing, all sponsorship and ticket orders must be postmarked by September 30, 2008 and recieved by October 4, 2008. Orders received after this date will be held for local pickup. These late orders may be claimed at the Sponsor/Patron Informartion Desk in the lobby of the Hilton, Atlanta Northeast Hotel (Games Host Hotel) located at 5993 Peachtree Industrial Blvd. Norcross Ga. between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm Thursday and Friday of Games Week or at the Sponsor/Patron Information Tent located accrossthe road from the entry to the Games Field at Stone Mountain Park on Saturday and Sunday. If you are expecting to pick up a park entry pass with your order, this will have to be picked up at the hotel by Friday, October 17, 2008.
